Our portrait series for COBILD was designed to be both understated and impactful, placing the directors at the centre of a space that reflects the values of the brand itself: refined, intentional, and quietly confident.
Shot within one of COBILD’s newly completed luxury single-home developments, the location served as more than just a backdrop, it became a subtle extension of their identity. We utilised a custom single-light studio setup to carefully control contrast and shadow, allowing the architecture and its material palette to speak just as clearly as the subjects themselves.
The decision to shoot entirely in black and white was deliberate, stripping back distraction to focus on texture, form, and tone. The result is a portrait series that feels timeless and architectural, where every frame captures not only the personality of the directors, but the ethos of COBILD as a design-led developer.
